We are looking for a Strategic Partnership Manager to lead NetElixir’s relationship with UPS across Minnesota and Wisconsin, helping identify growth opportunities for UPS customers and bringing the power of AI-driven marketing solutions to businesses ready to scale.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys building markets, developing partnerships, and creating new revenue opportunities in a collaborative ecosystem.

The Opportunity

This role serves as the regional partnership lead for UPS across Minnesota and Wisconsin, responsible for expanding NetElixir’s presence within the UPS ecosystem. The role is based out of Princeton, NJ and includes approximately 25% monthly travel.


You will work closely with UPS customer success and business development teams to:

  • identify eCommerce businesses that can benefit from digital growth strategies
  • introduce NetElixir’s solutions to the right customers
  • support joint sales conversations and territory activation initiatives

The role blends relationship building, territory development, and digital strategy conversations.

Over time, as the territory grows, this role may expand into regional leadership and team management responsibilities.


What You’ll Do

1. Build & Strengthen UPS Partnerships

  • Develop strong working relationships with UPS Sales and Marketing teams across MN/WI
  • Position NetElixir as the trusted digital growth partner for UPS customers
  • Share case studies, insights, and updates to help UPS teams identify opportunities
  • Participate in joint meetings and support consultative sales conversations

2. Drive Territory Development

  • Identify and qualify new opportunities within the UPS customer ecosystem
  • Work with NetElixir strategists to develop solutions and proposals
  • Build a strong pipeline of qualified opportunities
  • Track activities and opportunities in CRM to support territory growth planning

3. Activate the Local Market

  • Plan and execute market development initiatives including:
  • workshops
  • lunch-and-learn sessions
  • regional customer events
  • Represent NetElixir at UPS customer meetings and regional events
  • Build brand awareness for NetElixir’s digital marketing expertise and AI innovation


Who You Are

Work Experience

  • 4-6 years in digital marketing, partnerships, business development, or agency client leadership
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing channels including search, social, SEO/GEO, analytics, email, and eCommerce growth strategies
  • Experience working with agencies, technology partners, or channel partnerships is a strong plus
  • Consultative sales experience is preferred

Education

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field
  • MBA preferred but not required
