The Opportunity
We are hiring a Growth Partnership Manager who will serve as the primary partnership, business development, and revenue driver within an assigned regional territory.
This role uniquely blends partnership enablement, digital marketing expertise, and full cycle sales. You will:
- Build deep relationships with UPS sales teams.
- Identify new logo opportunities within UPS portfolios.
- Run the full sales cycle, from discovery, to solutioning, to closing.
- Position NetElixir as the AI digital marketing growth engine for UPS customers.
This role is ideal for a sales driven digital marketer who thrives in high trust partnerships, consultative selling, and direct revenue impact.
What You’ll Do
1. UPS Partnership Development & Territory Enablement
- Build, maintain, and expand strong relationships with UPS Sales and Customer Success teams.
- Attend UPS team meetings, pipeline reviews, and regional business planning sessions.
- Ride along with UPS reps to customer meetings, offering digital marketing expertise and growth insights.
- Educate UPS teams on NetElixir solutions through presentations, Lunch & Learns, success stories, and ongoing enablement.
- Become the go to digital growth advisor for UPS teams in your region.
2. Full Cycle Sales Ownership (New Logo Acquisition)
- Identify and prioritize eCommerce brands within UPS portfolios that fit the NetElixir Ideal Customer Profile (ICP).
- Conduct discovery calls, assess pain points, diagnose digital inefficiencies, and present tailored solutions.
- Collaborate with internal strategy and solutions teams to develop proposals.
- Lead sales presentations, objection handling, negotiation, and close the deal.
- Manage pipeline progression, forecasting, and reporting in CRM.
- Achieve monthly and quarterly new business and revenue targets.
3. Digital Marketing Strategy Expertise
- Serve as a knowledgeable advisor in:
- Paid Search & Shopping
- Paid Social
- SEO & AI-SEO
- Web development and CRO
- Email & lifecycle marketing
- Programmatic & marketplace advertising
- AI-driven predictive analytics (LXRInsights)
- Translate business goals into clear digital strategies that improve acquisition, conversion, and lifetime value.
- Share insights, trends, and benchmark data with UPS partners and prospective clients.
4. Market Development & Local Activation
- Plan and execute regional market activation such as workshops, co-branded events, client showcases, and UPS partner activations.
- Represent NetElixir at trade shows, UPS regional events, business associations, and eCommerce networking opportunities.
- Strengthen brand visibility and credibility across your assigned territory.
Who You Are
Experience & Skills
- 3 to 5 years of experience in digital marketing, partnerships, business development, or sales.
- Proven track record in hunting and closing new business—preferably in digital marketing, SaaS, or agency environments.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (search, social, SEO, marketplaces, CRO, analytics).
- Experience selling into mid-market eCommerce brands is a strong plus.
- Prior partner or channel sales experience (UPS, logistics, retail tech, martech, or agency partnerships) is preferred.
- Skilled in consultative selling, diagnosing client needs, and presenting strategic marketing solutions.
- Familiar with CRM tools (PipeDrive, HubSpot, etc.).
