We are currently seeking experienced Security Officers for an immediate opening in Kaunakakai, Molokai, Hawaii. This is a 100% onsite contract opportunity through the end of 2026, with a strong possibility of extension based on performance and business needs.

Schedule
Security operates 24/7.
Candidates must be available to work any shift based on operational needs.
Potential shifts include:
- 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM
- 3:00 PM – 11:30 PM
- 11:30 PM – 8:00 AM
Must be available for:
- Nights
- Weekends
- Holidays
- Overtime when needed
Please note: Shift assignments are determined by business needs. No shift can be guaranteed.
Responsibilities
- Guardhouse and gate security
- Monitor facility access
- Conduct foot patrols
- Conduct company vehicle patrols
- Monitor buildings and surrounding property
- Respond to alarms and emergencies
- Provide emergency response, including CPR when necessary
- Complete daily activity reports and incident documentation
- Maintain a safe and secure environment
- Follow established security procedures and company policies
Required Qualifications
Candidates who do not meet these requirements cannot be considered.
- Active Hawaii Guard Card (Required)
- Valid Hawaii Driver's License (Required)
- High School Diploma or GED
- 1-6 years of security experience
- Ability to operate a company vehicle
- Comfortable working outdoors and walking for extended periods
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to pass all required pre-employment screenings
Preferred Experience
Experience working in:
- Industrial facilities
- Commercial properties
- Manufacturing environments
- Critical infrastructure
- Patrol operations
- Emergency response
Additional Information
- No travel required
- Company vehicle provided while on duty
- Officers are unarmed (no weapons carried)
