What are the responsibilities and job description for the PACS Build Analyst (Cardiology/Hemodynamics) - No C2C position at neteffects?
This is onsite 3 days a week in Tulsa, OK
6 month contract
There is no C2C
Project:
Assisting with build with PACS Hemodynamics (typically another team does this, but they have asked the clinician team in Tulsa to do this - elbow support)
This will work with the clinicians to get the info to build. They have never built something like this before and are struggling.
The clinicians know the workflow but do not have the technical build knowledge or bandwidth to complete this efficiently.
Clinicians have already started the build but need help due to lack of technical build experience/
This is cardiology and hemodynamics.
All the build is in Change/McKesson PACS but they are moving from several diff systems including GE, Philips, and others. Once you know one system, you know them all so they just need to understand the workflows and build – she will take any PACS systems.
Must understand conversion of one system to another and tie it to ancillary apps
This role is (80% build), will help with testing as well
If we can’t find someone local, then we can travel someone in, but we will have to build it in the calc.
Bachelor's degree not required
Skills/Experience:
Has advanced knowledge and skill sets for supported platforms/products and environments that support the Clinical Imaging Space
Technical expertise in building, implementing, and supporting Clinical Imaging Cardiology Applications such as PACS / CPACS and Hemodynamics
Prefer expertise with Philips, GE, or Change Healthcare (formerly Optum) imaging applications
Has awareness and understanding of emerging trends and technologies in Healthcare IT
Overview:
Provide expertise in the engineering/design and implementation services for new products, technologies and solutions to address corporate business requirements pursuant to the service area imaging systems (PACS, Voice Recognition, etc.). Assist local clinical users with build and implementation of new cardiology PACS and hemodynamics applications.
Responsibilities:
Respond to user problems by listening, clarifying, and responding effectively.
Troubleshoot most application problems independently.
Possess and apply working knowledge of at least one technology environment to address and resolve problems.
Analyze a chain of events and apply technical knowledge following established procedures and/or detailed specifications.
Write fundamental documentation in a clear, concise manner and according to standards.
Share knowledge effectively within the work team.
Provides at the elbow support for clinical super users designing workflows and building clinical configurations in Cardiology PACS and Hemodynamics applications
