Will attend discovery calls, create a BRD using the template, take meeting notes leveraging AI, and help improve processes
Will help with review, updates, and documentation for PMs for JIRA
Lots of coordination – with designers, stakeholders, tax experts, various SMEs, etc.

Description: Reviews, analyzes, and evaluates information technology systems operations. Determines user needs and requirements and recommends ways to improve systems. Serves as primary point of contact between users and engineering/development staff. Identifies, documents, reports and tracks system issues. Supports the process of translating business needs into formal technical requirement deliverables.
Your Team Overview/ Department: The BA team leads project discovery calls; authors and maintains business requirements documents (BRDs); coordinates stakeholder reviews and approvals; and documents internal systems and processes (including JIRA, BDSI project intake, and AI-related requests).
