W2 Contract Right to Hire - We can not use Corp to Corp (C2C)
Hybrid but mostly REMOTE.....must currently be local to the greater St. Louis, Missouri area and be able to come on site when needed/requested
Rate: $20-22/hr. with benefits
IAM Access Management Analyst (Junior Level)
Principal duties include:
- Steward the provisioning of systems access in strict adherence to written security standards and operational policy.
- Responsible for direct handle of Enterprise Access Management tickets within efficient timing to best protect company access.
- Respond to business inquiries communicated through email, phone, IM, or walk-up and communicate with customers by providing updates on incidents / requests.
- Contribute to on-going EAM process improvements and operational efficiencies.
- Maintain the culture of customer satisfaction and security. When conflicts between these ideals occur, successfully provide resolution that achieves both goals.
- Work with internal clients to assess risks and associated compliance requirements, and provide guidance and advise for stakeholders to make decisions
- Rotational Holiday/ Weekend coverage
- Take On Call Rotation as needed
- Perform other duties as assigned.
Required
- 2 years' Service Desk or technical user support experience.
- Ability to set goals, multitask and prioritize workload
- Ability to be flexible when needed, take initiative, and demonstrate accountability
- Adept at oral communications, verbal communications, and customer service skills
- Ability to quickly adapt to new methods, work under tight deadlines and stressful conditions
- Can resolve application / IT issues through troubleshooting with minimal assistance
- Independent problem-solving, self-direction and documentation skills
- Ability to work well within a team environment and participate in department projects
