What’s the scope of this role?
As a Personnel Administrator, you will be responsible for:
- Supervising, coordinating, and managing the company’s personnel record keeping
- Preparing, developing, updating, and maintaining personnel documentation in compliance with Latvian legislation
- Issuing notices, orders, and related personnel documents
- Ensuring regular updates of personnel files and registering employee data accurately in the personnel database
- Overseeing workplace health and safety processes, including informing employees about health and safety requirements and ensuring adherence to all relevant procedures
- Collaborating within the Netcracker Technology global HR Operations team
What skills and experience will you need for this role?
- Higher education (preferably in Law, Business Administration, or a related field)
- Excellent knowledge of personnel record keeping and Latvian labor legislation
- Experience in developing and maintaining personnel documentation
- At least 2 years of experience in a Personnel Administrator or similar role
- Professional proficiency in Latvian and good knowledge of written and spoken English
- Strong computer skills (MS Office; database experience is an advantage)
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively
- High sense of responsibility, accuracy, curiosity, and effective communication skills
