Job Description:
We are currently hiring Meat Cutters to join our team. You will be responsible for cutting and preparing various types of meat specifically for grilling. Experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
Responsibilities:
- Cut, trim, and prepare different cuts of meat for grilling
- Ensure meat is cut to proper size and specifications
- Maintain a clean and sanitary work area
- Follow all food safety and hygiene regulations
- Work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
Requirements:
- Previous experience in meat cutting is a plus
- Ability to work with knives and cutting equipment safely
- Attention to detail and good hygiene
- Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs
