Job Duties And Responsibilities
- Perform routine maintenance tasks, including fixing or replacing light bulbs, wiring, circuit breakers, fuses, boilers, heating systems, refrigeration units, and more.
- Conduct carpentry and general construction work, such as woodwork, sanding, painting, and related repairs.
- Handle general plumbing tasks, including repairing toilets, bathtubs, faucets, leaks, sanitary sewer systems, sump pumps, and associated components.
- Carry out facility repairs, including doors, doorknobs, locks, broken tiles, floor polishing, staining, and other necessary maintenance.
- Ensure general cleaning and upkeep of mechanical spaces and perimeter induction units.
- Travel to all store locations as part of a maintenance team.
- Bilingual proficiency in Russian is a plus.
- Good physical condition and strength, with a willingness to work overtime when needed.
- Proficient in using tools and understanding common appliances and devices.
- Basic knowledge of electrical, plumbing, hydraulic, and other systems.
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
