We’re looking for a PCB Designer to join our team and help bring cutting-edge designs from concept to production. If you’re passionate about electronics, thrive in a collaborative environment, and have deep experience in PCB layout, we’d love to hear from you.
What You’ll Do
- Design and develop PCB layouts for RF filters and electronic devices.
- Perform board layout tasks including sizing, component placement, signal routing, and power/ground plane design.
- Create and validate component footprints, routing traces, and ensure manufacturability, performance, and reliability.
- Maintain PCB documentation including layouts, Gerbers, population files, and BOMs.
- Release CAD drawing packages for supplier and production use.
- Work closely with electrical engineers, manufacturing partners, and supplier technical staff.
- Participate in part and tooling design reviews.
- Maintain and update the component library (PCAD Library).
- Provide technical support to purchasing and other cross-functional teams.
- Communicate project progress, issues, and updates effectively with team members and leadership.
What We’re Looking For
- Associate’s degree in a technical discipline (BSEE or equivalent preferred).
- 5 years of experience in PCB design and layout.
- Proficiency with professional-grade PCB design tools (PCAD strongly preferred).
- Strong understanding of electronic components and circuit behavior.
- Experience with RF filter design is a plus.
- Excellent organizational and communication skills.
