Description
NetCentrics is seeking a Systems Administrator (TS/SCI FS Poly) to support our CIA customer located in Chantilly, VA. The ideal candidate will have proven experience supporting complex enterprise environments across Windows and Linux/CentOS, cloud infrastructures, and Cisco technologies. This role will provide Tier 1–3 support, Operations & Maintenance (O&M), and system engineering to ensure the security, availability, and performance of mission-critical systems.

Key Responsibilities
Perform system administration of Windows and Linux/CentOS servers in an enterprise environment.
Configure, monitor, and maintain Cisco technologies including ISE, Umbrella, and DNAC.
Provide Tier 1–3 support and O&M for enterprise systems.
Define, request, configure, and monitor Cloud server architectures (AWS EC2, RDS, S3, Elastic Load Balancer, Route 53).
Implement system upgrades, patches, and security updates.
Identify technical risks and develop/execute risk mitigation strategies.
Develop and maintain Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
Manage customer relationships by providing timely communication, technical expertise, and issue resolution.
Mandatory Skills & Qualifications
Active TS/SCI clearance.
Demonstrated experience with system administration in Windows & Linux/CentOS server environments.
Demonstrated experience with Cisco ISE, Umbrella, and DNAC.
Familiarity with Apple iOS device management.
Professional experience defining, configuring, and monitoring AWS architectures (EC2, RDS, S3, Elastic Load Balancer, Route 53) in a Tier 3 support environment.
Experience developing and implementing system upgrades.
Experience identifying technical risks and risk mitigation strategies.
Experience delivering Operations & Maintenance and Tier 1–3 support.
Strong customer relationship management skills.
Experience creating and updating SOPs.
Desired / Optional Skills
Experience with Agile management systems (Kanban, Scrum).
Experience with wireless technologies.
Experience with Cisco Duo, Splunk, and Meraki.
Experience with DevSecOps environments (CI/CD pipelines, CloudFormation).
Skilled in using CLIs across Windows, AWS, Linux, and Cisco environments.
Experience moving systems through the A&A process and monitoring compliance.
Experience gathering evidence to support A&A efforts (e.g., POA&Ms).
Experience installing and configuring Moodle Learning Management System.
Experience with database engineering, development, and administration.
