The Opportunity
You will play a pivotal role in defining ServiceNow architecture for enterprise clients, leading a team of developers, and ensuring the delivery of scalable, high-quality solutions. You’ll be central to driving ServiceNow initiatives that enhance business efficiency, IT operations, and user experiences.
What You’ll Do
- Lead, mentor, and grow a team of ServiceNow developers and technical leads.
- Translate complex business requirements into robust, scalable, and maintainable ServiceNow solutions.
- Define and enforce architecture standards and best practices across ServiceNow modules.
- Collaborate with enterprise stakeholders to design and implement integrated solutions.
- Oversee and support the configuration, development, and implementation of ServiceNow modules such as ITSM, ITOM, ITAM, GRC, CMDB, HAM, SAM, CSM, and SPM.
- Manage data integrity and quality across CMDB, HAM, SAM, and related systems.
- Conduct technical reviews, architecture assessments, and solution audits to ensure compliance with enterprise standards.
- Identify opportunities for automation, efficiency improvements, and innovative use of ServiceNow capabilities.
- Provide strategic guidance on roadmap, system enhancements, and third-party integrations.
- Act as the primary point of contact for technical escalations and solution validation.
Basic Qualifications:
- 7 years of ServiceNow experience, including hands-on development and architecture leadership.
- Proven experience leading and mentoring ServiceNow development teams.
- ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA) and Certified Application Developer (CAD) required.
- Strong understanding of ServiceNow modules, integrations, and best practices.
- Hands-on experience managing IT data integrity across ITOM, ITAM, GRC, CMDB, HAM, and SAM.
- Experience in technical discussions, solution architecture reviews, and enterprise implementations.
- Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, able to convey technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred (Nice to Have) Certifications:
- CIS certifications in Customer Service Management (CSM), IT Service Management (ITSM), Discovery, Service Mapping, Strategic Portfolio Management (SPM), Application Portfolio Management (APM), Software Asset Management (SAM), and Hardware Asset Management (HAM).
- Experience with Agile/DevOps delivery methodologies.
- Knowledge of cloud platforms (AWS, Azure) and enterprise integration patterns.
