We are looking for an IT Desktop Technician for a FULL TIME and ON-SITE opportunity, with the following technical requirements:
- Minimum 7 years of onsite IT support experience;
- Good experience of working in a customer focused end-user support function covering software/OS installations and support;
- Good knowledge of Microsoft's product offerings including high level capabilities and competitor products;
- Demonstrable experience of supporting Windows 10 and MS Office 365;
- Experience with building, configuring, and troubleshooting PC and laptop hardware;
- Ability to replace defective parts PC and laptop hardware.
