Position Summary
We are seeking a skilled IT Project Engineer to join our team. This role focuses on implementing client projects, supporting Microsoft cloud environments, and providing escalated end-user support. The ideal candidate will have strong experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, and modern endpoint management.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
- Provide escalated technical support to team members and end users
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 environments (Exchange, Teams, and SharePoint)
- Manage and support Azure environments, including Azure AD (Entra ID)
- Configure and manage endpoint solutions (Intune, patching, RMM, and policies)
- Support and troubleshoot Windows 10/11 and macOS systems
- Administer Windows Server environments (2016, 2019, 2022, 2025)
- Maintain Active Directory, Group Policy, DNS, and DHCP
- Use PowerShell for automation, administration, and task scripting
- Assist with cloud migrations and hybrid environment configurations
- Troubleshoot application, identity, and access-related issues
- Document systems, processes, and project work
- Track and manage tickets, service requests, and project tasks
Knowledge and Skills
- Microsoft 365 (Exchange, Teams, SharePoint)

- PowerShell scripting and automation

- Virtualization technologies (Hyper-V, VMware)
Required Qualifications
- Associate degree in computer science or a related field with 3-4 years of experience
- Experience supporting and implementing Microsoft 365 and Azure environments
- Strong troubleshooting and communication skills
- Ability to multitask, manage time, and work effectively in a team environment
- Customer-focused mindset with attention to detail and follow-through
Preferred Qualifications
- CompTIA A or Network certification
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Fundamentals (AZ-900)
- Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator Associate (AZ-104)
- Experience working in a Managed Service Provider (MSP) environment
- Familiarity with remote desktops and ticketing systems
Work Conditions and Other Considerations
- May require occasional travel to client sites
- Reliable transportation and valid driver's license required
- Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
- Must maintain a suitable workspace for remote work when needed
- Willingness to participate in after-hours or on-call rotation as required
