Job Title: Digital Campaign Specialist
Location: Malvern, PA 19355
Remote (Occasional travel to Malvern PA)
Duration: 03 Months Contract (Extendable)
Schedule: Mon - Fri 09:00 AM to 05:00 PM
Must-Have Qualifications
3–5 years hands-on digital marketing experience
Experience in executing (not just planning) multi-channel digital campaigns
Strong technical execution skills supporting campaign build launch
Experience working across multiple digital platforms and tools
Highly organized, detailed, and professional
Ability to support campaign setup, testing, publishing, and performance tracking
Experience collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders (Sales, Content, Web, Regional teams)
Nice-to-Have
CMS experience (Scrivito preferred)
Familiarity with Eloqua, Percolate or similar marketing automation tools
Role Summary
The Digital Campaign Specialist will implement and execute multi-channel digital marketing campaigns with a strong focus on quality, timeliness, and customer journey performance. This role directly supports channel leads and collaborates with global stakeholders to ensure successful launches across search, social, email, and web platforms.
This role requires a hands-on executor, not strictly a content developer or lead-generator.
Key Responsibilities
Build and launch campaign assets:
Landing pages, event pages, emails, paid search ads, redirects, and tracking codes
Ensure searchability and quality control for all digital assets
Coordinate campaign flow and end-to-end deployment
Conduct A/B testing for emails, search, and landing pages
Monitor campaign performance and suggest optimization opportunities
Manage lead delivery to global CRM teams
Consult with teams on digital best practices, channel mix, and customer journey
Work with US global teams to support regional rollouts
Education
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Digital Communications, Information Science, or related field
Soft Skills
Strong project management skills
Excellent communication stakeholder coordination
Analytical mindset with attention to detail
Able to manage multiple deadlines under pressure
Self-starter with passion for digital innovation
