Job Title: Research Technician (Crop Transformation) (Contract)
Location: Johnston, IA onsite
Duration: 10 Months with possibility of extension
Pay Rate: $30/hr - $32/hr on W2
Experience Level:
- Preparing explants, performing transformation, sub-culturing tissue during the selection process, and regenerating tissue to produce high-quality transgenic or genome-edited plants.
- Follow all standard operating procedures to generate quality transgenic and genome editing events to support trait discovery, trait optimization, and product development programs.
