Title: Talent Acquisition Professional
Duration: 09 months
Location: Lexington, NC 27292 (Hybrid – 2 days per week onsite)
Position Summary
Client has been a leading supplier of mobility for over 175 years, offering rail vehicles, automation, electrification solutions, turnkey systems, and services. As the organization continues shaping the future of mobility, we are seeking a highly skilled Talent Acquisition Professional to support exempt and manufacturing recruiting within the People & Organization department. This role will focus heavily on sourcing, interviewing, and building trusted relationships with hiring managers while organizing and attending hiring events.
Key Responsibilities
• Coordinate with hiring managers to identify workforce needs
• Conduct strategy calls and determine selection criteria
• Source potential candidates through online channels (social platforms, professional networks), sourcing tools, and responses to posted positions
• Plan interview and selection procedures including screening calls, assessments, and in-person interviews
• Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details, using the Applicant Tracking System (Avature)
• Collaborate with Hiring Managers to create impactful job descriptions and interview questions that reflect position requirements
• Organize and attend career fairs and recruitment events
• Foster long-term relationships with past applicants, potential candidates, and Hiring Managers

Qualifications
• 5–8 years of proven work experience as a Talent Acquisition Professional or similar role
• Proficiency with social media, resume databases, and professional networks (Factory Fix, LinkedIn, etc.)
• Hands-on experience with full-cycle recruiting using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
• Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems (ATSs)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills as well as strong sourcing and presentation skills
• Strong understanding of role differences across matrixed, corporate environments
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management or a relevant field (preferred)
