Title: Senior Medical Affairs Manager
Location: Parsippany, NJ or Foster City, CA (Hybrid)
Duration: 06 months contract
Shift: Monday - Friday, Day Shift (Hybrid: 3 days onsite/2 days remote)

Position Summary
The Sr. Manager – Medical Affairs will serve as a strategic partner and operational leader within the Medical Affairs organization, supporting US field initiatives. This role will work cross-functionally to drive operational excellence, implement strategic plans, and ensure effective project execution that supports the US Field Medical Team.
Key Responsibilities
• Lead strategic planning and operational activities across Field Medical Affairs, including development of work plans, project milestones, and resource allocation.
• Provide meeting management support for national MSL team meetings and leadership team sessions.
• Utilize data analytics to identify opportunities to enhance field medical performance, efficiency, and operational excellence through KPI tracking.
• Support execution of field strategies and launch planning for therapeutic initiatives.
• Oversee CRM system enhancements, design, and implementation to improve workflow and data tracking.
• Facilitate onboarding, training, and professional development programs for Medical Affairs staff.
• Prepare and manage leadership communications, reports, and presentations for internal and cross-functional stakeholders.

Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree required; Master's degree preferred.
• Sr. Manager: Minimum 2 years of experience in Medical Affairs roles.
• Associate Director consideration: 5 years of experience in Medical Affairs roles.
• Demonstrated success in project leadership and driving operational excellence within a Medical Affairs setting.
Salary : $80 - $86
