Job Description
- Psych/Behavioral Care RN
- BLS
- Active AZ or compact license
- 12 beds on unit
- 1 year of experience required
- 1:6 nurse to patient ratio
- Types of patients seen: Gero Psych and Adult Psych
- Age of patients on unit: currently 18 and over because of Pandemic - goal 55 and over
- Expectations in regards to group therapy: May be asked to assist with group
- Additional requirements: assessments and medication management
- Support staff on unit: 2 PCTs depending on census
- Scrubs any color
