Job Title: Recruiter

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Recruiter to support high-volume hiring initiatives for customer care and operations teams. This role will manage the full-cycle recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, candidate coordination, and offer management. The ideal candidate will have strong recruiting experience in fast-paced environments and the ability to build strong partnerships with hiring managers and business stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage end-to-end recruitment processes for high-volume customer service and operational roles.
• Source, screen, and engage qualified candidates through various recruiting channels.
• Conduct phone screens and coordinate interviews with hiring teams.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and deliver qualified talent.
• Manage candidate communication and ensure a positive candidate experience.
• Support offer processes and maintain accurate recruiting records in an ATS.

Required Qualifications:

• Experience with full-cycle recruiting in a high-volume environment.
• Experience recruiting for customer service, call center, contact center, or operations roles.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate relationship management skills.
• Experience using Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS); Workday experience preferred.
• Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Experience supporting large-scale recruiting initiatives.
• Experience managing multiple open requisitions simultaneously.
• Background in customer care or operational hiring.
