Job Summary:
Seeking an experienced and compassionate Radiology Tech to join a high-performing imaging team at a reputable healthcare facility. This role involves performing radiographic and fluoroscopic examinations under the direction of a Radiologist, with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct radiographic and fluoroscopic procedures with clinical accuracy.
- Verify patient identity and complete procedure documentation.
- Administer contrast media as needed per protocol.
- Ensure proper use of equipment and perform quality control tasks.
- Collaborate with physicians and radiologists to support diagnostic accuracy.
- Maintain all required logs, documentation, and regulatory compliance standards.
- Provide excellent patient care and demonstrate compassionate communication.
Qualifications:
- Completion of an AMA-approved Radiologic Technology Program.
- Active ARRT (R) certification.
- Current BLS certification (AHA or ARC).
- Previous Operating Room (OR) experience preferred.
- Experience in Level 3 Trauma Center environment is a plus.
