Job Title: Marketing Assistant II
Location: Denver, CO or Minnesota (Hybrid)
Duration: 12 Months Contract-Possible Extesnion
Pay Rate: $25-30/hr on W2
Responsibilities
- Support commercial DSM (Demand Side Management) programs across multiple jurisdictions
- Update and maintain marketing materials
- Review rebate requests and forward them to the rebate processing team
- Manage newly assigned tasks within Salesforce
- Communicate with project team members regarding missing documentation and invoices
- Send follow-up emails and manage program inboxes
- Participate in weekly product team meetings
- Support marketing, measurement, reporting, and program activities
- Assist with evaluating marketing programs and maintaining reports
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders
Required Qualifications
- Strong communication skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office/Suite
- Education required
- Ability to work independently and within a team
- Strong problem-solving skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Salesforce experience
- Utility industry experience
- Regulatory experience
- Customer service experience
Schedule
- Hybrid work arrangement
- Onsite: Tuesday–Thursday
- Remote: Monday & Friday
- Full-time, 40 hours/week (9:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
- Possible overtime during spring with prior approval
