Role: Manufacturing Specialist (Aerospace/Manufacturing / Additives industry)
Location: Cincinnati-OH 45069
Term: Contract
In this role, you will engage with manufacturing and engineering teams in supporting production-related activities, including assembly, build, integration, installation, and execution of work based on engineering documentation and established work instructions.
- Execute machine builds in accordance with E-plans, assembly drawings, and manufacturing work instructions
- Work along with engineering team during assembly and collaborate with internal engineering teams and conduct functional testing and validation testing of parts and assemblies.
- Read and understand diagrams and schematics to help the business/manufacturing teams.
- Assist with build, integration, and installation activities to meet project and production objectives
- Mechanical and electrical assembly, wire pulling and wire landing for power, control, and communication circuit
- Proactively remove obstacles and escalate matters when necessary to maintain progress according to plan.
- Perform other tasks with similar scope of work that may arise due to changes within the business and machine modality.
Minimum Qualifications
- High School Diploma
- Relevant experience in Aerospace/Manufacturing / Additives industry.
- Strong understanding of manufacturing and prior experience in mechanical and electrical assembly
- Ability to interpret assembly drawings, wiring diagrams, electrical plans, and work instructions
- Competence with Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, Smartsheet Word, and Outlook

- Navigate through complex conversations in a professional and courteous manner in cases where information is needed to execute on a project or accountability for commitments needs to be established.
- Ability to explain complex technical and business issues simply, in a concise and accurate manner
- Able to translate current and recent trends of business/performance metrics to future performance
