Location: Denver, CO (LDC and T3)
Pay Range: $25-30/hr on W2
Top Skills:
- 5-7 years of experience in helpdesk support
- PC imaging using SCCM
- Configuration of Laptop/Desktop
- Refreshing PC
- Work on Incident tickets
- ServiceNow Ticketing System
- Intune experience is nice to have
- Moving Windows devices to iOS experience is nice to have
- Good customer service and communication skills
