Job Description: Intake notes:
- Onsite at PHK (Traditional hybrid model with Fridays remote)
- Backfill (ETW early term)
- 59 week duration
- Nike Organization: Global Tech (will be working closely with the business side of the team; product supply intelligence members, product managers, etc.)

Desired Candidate Profile:
- 8/9 years’ experience required in a data analyst role
- Bachelor’s degree preferred for this role

Must have skills:
- Cursor, CLAUDE exp required ****
- Software development lifecycle experience is important****
- SQL
- Python
- Backend development experience (aka data engineering)
- Experience with visualization tools ( Power BI)


Soft Skills:
- Problem solving mindset, professionalism, business acumen
- Effective communication; being able to take technical information and communicate it in a more business-savvy way)

Nice to Have:
- Supply chain/manufacturing background
- Tableau experience
- Databricks experience
- Previous Nike experience is a plus, not required (open to solid projects/ experience).

- Candidates should expect 2 rounds of interviews; one behavioral, one technical where candidate will showcase agentic application they have built to solve a business problem.

Looking for less traditional dashboard, more AI/ BI skills (cursor or databricks)
Skill: Building agents, (analytical, knowledge assistance, supervisor, etc)
