Position: Records Clerk
Pay Rate: $15-$17/hour on W2
Location: Salt Lake City UT (On-Site)
Duration: 12 Months (Possible Extension)
Key Responsibilities:
- Receiving and scanning physical documentation into the records repository
- Organizing, indexing, and filing records (electronic & physical) as per company specifications
- Creating and maintaining task/project tracking in Excel and SharePoint
- Assigning metadata and providing progress updates
- Assisting with records research and fulfilling record requests
- Supporting records retention and disposition activities
Requirements:
- 2-5 years of experience as a Records Clerk or in similar filing/document management roles (preferred)
- General knowledge of Records Lifecycle, filing, and retrieval processes
- Excellent organizational skills and strong attention to detail
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Experience with office equipment including scanners and copiers
