Notes:

Special Project on the Global Planning Capabilities Digital Demand Sensing Team. They’ll assist with deploying an enterprise assortment planning tool. This will be used by the Supply and manufacturing teams to guide inventory planning for 2 geos and a global team.

Looking for someone with change management experience to support cross functional change, manage the impacted downstream partners, and operationalize the campaign across functions to develop change.

Must haves:

• 8 YOE in change management for Planning
• Driving communications cross functionally, has a strong communications base, including presentation building.
• Experience deploying a tool at an enterprise level

Nice to Have:

• Experience in or knowledge of supply chain processes
• End-to-end awareness for planning pathways
• Experience with retail, consumer goods, or manufacturing industry
