Position: Techno Functional Lead - Payment Domain
Location: Teaneck, NJ - hybrid (3x a week)
Type: Long Term Contract

Must have skills
1. Payment Domain Knowledge
2. Knowledge of International Remittances
3. Knowledge of SWIFT MT - MX Messages
4. Hands on Knowledge of SWIFT MT - MX Migration is a must
5. Agile experience


Job Description -

• Requirement Gathering and Analysis
• Designing, developing, and implementing solutions to meet business needs, including custom development and system integration
• Analyzing and resolving technical and functional issues, ensuring seamless operations
• Payment Domain/Banking Domain Experience
• Hands - On Knowledge of International Remittances, Messaging Standards - MT and ISO 20022
• Knowledge of Banking Payments, Fund Transfer, Clearing Systems and Clearing Houses knowledge
• Good understanding of Software development life cycle and methodologies.
• Hands on experience in designing product strategy, product management and product roadmap.
• Well versed in all basic banking transaction and day to day activity.
• Should have excellent communication skills

Nice to have skills
1. Worked on Payments Migration/Modernization project
2. Good leadership skills
3. Relevant certifications
