Job Title: Packager

Site Locations: Holdrege, NE 68949

Duration: 12 Months (Extendable)

Shift Details: Shift (12-hour Day Shift. 6:30am – 6:30pm) Rotating Shift 2 days and then 3 days – 3-day weekend every other weekend.

Pay: $16.00 - 18.50/per hour

Hours per Week: 36-48

Interview Process: 1 Interview/Tour ONSITE at the Holdrege NE location (THIS IS REQUIRED)

Essential Responsibilities (included but are not limited to):

• Follow all company safety rules, regulations and job safety analysis
• Must complete plant lock out procedures and key interrupt
• Fill and operate shelf carton erector and clear minor jams
• Responsible for quality of product including but not limited to
• Discarding obviously defective packages, removing and saving syringes.
• Checking packaging for correct count
• Checking for damage to syringe
• Inserting brochures as required
• Palletizing finished product and attaching proper pallet card
• Operating semi-auto tape machine
• Performing minor duties not requiring mechanic attention

BASIC REQUIREMENTS:

• High school Diploma or GED
• Read, write, and speak English
• Manufacturing Experience
• No job hopping or unjustified job gaps
• If candidate has worked previous at client as a contractor or direct-hire - this must be identified in the recruiter notes submitted. Thank you!

PREFERRED REQUIREMENTS:

• Good hand-eye coordination and repetitive hand, wrist and arm movement
• Keep work area clean
• Regular attendance
• Perform other duties as assigned by Team Leader and required to support the needs of the business
