Duration:13 Weeks initially (Strong Possibility of extension)
Guaranteed Hours- 36 Hours
Shift: 3x12's (x2 Day (5:30A-6P) and x1 Night (5:30P-6A)
Pay Range: $50 to $53/hr.

Job Responsibilities
- Provide nursing care and assist with planning and implementing care to ensure patient comfort and
- well-being, under the direct supervision of a registered nurse (RN).
- Help maintain a safe working environment and perform job responsibilities safely.
- Maintain clinical and professional competency appropriate to the patient's age, developmental stage, and
- special needs.
- Participate in patient assessments by collecting and interpreting relevant data to determine
- nursing care needs.
- Recognize and determine the need for immediate intervention when necessary.
- Document patient observations, treatments, responses to treatment, and nursing care
- using the nursing process.
- Actively participate in treatments and assist with procedures.
- Assist in developing or revising the care plan by providing data and suggesting potential goals and
- interventions for RN review.
- Implement the plan under RN supervision and ensure tasks are completed as directed.
- Communicate significant changes in patient status to the appropriate clinical staff.
- BLS
