15-20 hours per week in 3–4-hour blocks of time. Due to the training requirements the ideal candidate is looking for a long-term fit for a minimum of 36 months but I’m hoping for this person to become the full-time administrative lead as my practice requires.
· Organized to a fault, Detail-oriented/accurate, Calm under pressure, Good communicator (written and verbal), high level of ownership and follow through, Ability to handle multiple priorities at once; easy to work with and interested in client excellence!
· Self-motivated/engaged/interested in the work; able to work with minimal supervision following training
· Must keep client information confidential (no side jobs with other financial institutions are allowed for compliance purposes).
· Tech comfortable. Experience using: Excel, Word, and Power Point; I also use RightCapital, Calendly, Zapier, and Redtail (CRM). You should research these and have an idea of what they are before applying. Adobe (pdf assembly and editing; forms; adobe eSign); RightCapital financial planning software (training can be provided but if you already know it, please tell me); Redtail Technologies CRM (training provided); navigating within our office network and VPN.
· Having a Bachelors and/or CFP credential would be a plus but isn’t necessary.
