Job Description
Netpar is Nebraska’s premier indoor golf simulator experience, featuring 9 TrackMan simulators and a full premium bar. We’re looking for a friendly, reliable, and service-driven individual to join our team as a Golf Simulator & Bar Attendant.
This role blends bartending, customer service, and golf hospitality. You’ll be responsible for running the bar, assisting golfers with simulator bays, and creating a welcoming, high-energy experience for every guest who walks through our doors.

Responsibilities
Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages
- Operate and maintain a clean, organized bar area
- Greet guests and check them in for simulator reservations
- Set golfers up on TrackMan simulator bays
- Explain basic simulator functions and assist with troubleshooting
- Monitor bay usage and manage guest flow
- Deliver exceptional customer service to golfers and bar guests
- Handle POS transactions, tabs, and cash accurately
- Maintain cleanliness of bays, bar, and common areas
- Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws and company policies
Qualifications
Previous bartending or customer service experience preferred
- Golf knowledge is a plus (but not required — we will train)
- Strong communication and people skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Friendly, outgoing, and professional demeanor
- Must be 19 and able to obtain or hold required alcohol service certification
- Nights and weekend availability preferred
