Job Description : We're looking for an experienced Workday Integrations Developer to help us maximize the value of our Workday investment. In this role, you'll design, build, and support integrations, reports, and Workday Extend applications that power key HR and payroll functions across the University.
What You'll Do
Develop and maintain integrations using Workday Studio, Core Connectors, Orchestrations, and Workday APIs
Resolve integration errors, monitor performance, troubleshoot errors, and ensure data accuracy
Build Workday reports based on user needs
Build Workday Extend applications to automate processes and improve usability
Support Workday releases through impact analysis, regression testing, and feature adoption
Partner with HR, IT, and business teams to design scalable integration solutions and advise on best practices
Maintain documentation for integrations, configurations, and technical processes
Contribute to integration architecture, standards, and data design patterns across systems
Preferred Experience
5 years of Workday integrations experience (Studio, Core Connectors, EIBs, Web Services, APIs).
Experience with configuring and troubleshooting Workday reports, calculated fields, scheduled reports, alerts, and dashboards
Experience building Workday Extend applications.
Functional understanding of Workday HCM, Payroll, Recruiting, Talent, Absence, and Time Tracking.
Ability to work across technical and non-technical teams with strong communication skills.
Comfort acting as both a hands-on developer and a technical strategist.
Familiarity with Agile methodologies.
