Shift: 7:00 AM – 3:30 PM | 5 days/week (40 hours)
Pay Rate: $27/hr.

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Sterile Processing Technician to join our healthcare team. This role is essential in ensuring that all surgical instruments and medical equipment are properly cleaned, sterilized, and prepared for use in patient care. The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of sterile processing techniques, medical terminology, and anatomy, contributing to the overall safety and efficiency of our healthcare facility.
Responsibilities
- Perform cleaning, decontamination, and sterilization of surgical instruments and medical equipment according to established protocols.
- Conduct inventory management to ensure adequate stock levels of sterile supplies and equipment.
- Utilize aseptic techniques to maintain a sterile environment during processing procedures.
- Collaborate with surgical teams to understand specific instrument needs for various procedures.
- Maintain accurate records of sterilization processes and inventory levels.
- Adhere to safety guidelines and infection control practices at all times.
- Stay updated on advancements in sterile processing technologies and best practices.
