Shift: 3x12 Day and Night shifts available

Job Summary
We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Registered Nurse to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities
- Deliver comprehensive patient care by assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating individualised care plans.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians while monitoring patients for any adverse reactions.
- Maintain accurate patient records and documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes and continuity of care.
- Educate patients and their families on health management, disease prevention, and post-treatment care.
- Participate in ongoing professional development and training to stay current with best practices in nursing.
Skills
