Key Responsibilities
- Manage daily schedules, appointments, and calendar for executives
- Assist in organizing meetings, including scheduling, preparing agendas, and taking minutes
- Handle incoming communications, such as emails and phone calls, ensuring timely responses
- Conduct research and compile information as requested by executives
- Maintain and organize filing systems for important documents and records
- Prepare and process expense reports and office supplies replenishment
Requirements & Qualifications
