Our North American Team Is Now Seeking a Talented Analyst To Join Our Regional Team – Store Team. Some Of The Essentials For You To Know Are
Location: Our office in New York City
Department Size: 35 (Approx.)
Reporting into: President, North America
Hybrid: 4 days in office, 1day WFH
Here is a breakdown of what you’ll be doing:
Design and develop insightful dashboards that help bring a clear understanding of the North American business.
Synthesize data and research findings into insightful strategic recommendations and help communicate key findings
Support North America in articulating strategy and developing business cases for growth opportunities.
Support the Personal Shopping team to ensure the customer segments and profiles are receiving the best attention to ensure sales.
Work cross-functionally across the organization, partnering with Personal Shopping, Marketing, Site Merchandising and other teams on a variety of growth-focused projects.
The Type Of Person We Are Looking For
This role requires in office presence in our New York Office 4 days a week
Commercial experience in a similar role in a fast-paced retail environment is essential
Advanced Excel modelling capabilities and experience of data visualisation tools.
SQL, Python, R, Advanced Excel and PowerBI
Excellent communication skills & ability to work at all levels of the organisation
First class analytical skills and commercial acumen
Inquisitive mind and proactive nature
