We’re seeking an outside sales representative to identify new target buyers and upsell to current customers to achieve sales goals. The ideal candidate is a service-oriented outside sales expert who can prospect, present, and close deals efficiently. If you are looking to combine your communication and prospecting skills with your outside sales experience to leverage a more lucrative career in the industry, we want you on our team!Compensation:$80,000 plus commissionResponsibilities:Stay on top of market and industry trends to help educate prospects and clients on how we differentiate ourselvesConvert “no” into “yes” by identifying and resolving potential obstacles such as budget, timelines, shareholders, competition, and other pain pointsShow our solution to prospects with sales presentations, negotiate deals, and obtain sales contract signaturesIdentify and pursue sales leads, prospective new clients and move them through the sales pipeline from qualification to close stagesExceed monthly and quarterly revenue expectations and meet sales and lead generating activities goals to ensure future businessGenerate patient referrals and forecast targeted accountsGrow the existing market share and develop new referral sourcesDevelop and maintain a marketing planPromote the company and nurture client relationshipsQualifications:High school diploma required and some industry or product knowledge preferredExceptional negotiating, interpersonal, presentation, persuasion, and communication skillsAt least 2 years of outside sales experience preferredA consistent top performer in salesDeadlines and details motivate you to provide exceptional customer service to your prospects, clients, and team alikeSales and healthcare experience is requiredAbout CompanyAre you looking for a career and not just a job?
