Job Description
We are seeking a highly skilled Selenium Automation QA Engineer to join our team in Atlanta, GA, with mandatory Day 1 onsite reporting. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in designing, developing, and executing automated test scripts to ensure the quality and reliability of software applications.
Responsibilities
- Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using Selenium WebDriver.
- Perform functional, regression, smoke, and integration testing.
- Collaborate with developers, Business Analysts, and QA team members to identify test scenarios and ensure full coverage.
- Analyze test results, document defects, and track them to closure using tools like JIRA, Azure DevOps, or similar.
- Participate in Agile ceremonies (daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives).
- Create and maintain automation frameworks (Hybrid, Data-Driven, POM, etc.).
- Ensure test automation best practices and continuous improvements.
- Work closely with CI/CD pipelines and version control systems.
Required Skills
- 10 years of experience
- Strong proficiency in Java (or Python/C#, depending on your team s stack).
- Experience with TestNG, JUnit, Maven/Gradle.
- Hands-on experience with API testing using Postman, RestAssured, or similar tools.
- Experience with automation frameworks and test design patterns.
- Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab, Azure DevOps).
- Excellent debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Good communication and documentation abilities.
Preferred Skills (Nice to Have)
- Experience in Cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud Platform).
- Experience in BDD frameworks like Cucumber.
- Knowledge of SQL/Database testing.
- Exposure to performance testing tools (JMeter etc.).
