This will be a 10-week internship which will begin on June 8th and end on August 14th.
This role is office based at our Nespresso Square office located in Midtown Manhattan, New York City. While there may be some flexibility to work remotely, all candidates must be able to commute to the office as needed.
Responsibilities:Gain a comprehensive understanding of marketing principles and the specific needs of our function to effectively translate the features of our machine products. This includes communicating these features to customers in a compelling manner to encourage purchases. Additionally, leverage insights into customer behavior to address key pain points and enhance the benefits we offer.Understand how to use a variety of insights (sales, customer, consumer, channel) to renovate product offerings and deliver a more meaningful portfolio for sales and deployment
Mid Point Goal:Completed an analysis of the current bundles we have in B2B today with performance insights. In addition they will have connected with the sales and channel teams to better understand needs of the teamsReviewed all current PDP content and sell sheets, meet with HQ to better understand key features and benefits communication best practices globally, and meet with D&I for operator insights surrounding coffee machine barriers and tension points
Final Deliverable:Provide communication points for key features and benefits.Provide recommendations to e-comm and field sales including insights from key cross functional counterparts
Requirements:Candidates must be currently enrolled in a 4-year college.
The approximate target compensation range for this role is $25-$30/hr . Please note that the pay range provided is a good faith estimate for the position at the time of posting. Final compensation may vary based on factors including but not limited to background, knowledge, skills, and abilities as well as geographic location of the position.
