The Role
As a Reliability Engineer, you will support the factory in enabling and delivering asset maintenance in accordance with the Nestl Strategy.
- Define, propose, and monitor the Maintenance and Reliability plans and objectives in accordance with Engineering Policy, Key Principles, and the M&I Activity as outlines in the Nestle Engineering Excellence (NEE) master document.
- Monitor plant/equipment trends to ensure best possible operation and reduction of planned/unplanned downtime.
- Propose and monitor key performance indicators in accordance with the Best Maintenance Practices.
Qualifications
(BA/BS) in Engineering (Maintenance & Reliability, Mechanical, Electrical, Process, Chemical or equivalent) strongly preferred or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years of related work experience.
- Recognized skills in Engineering and Maintenance.
- Knowledge, understanding, and passion for continuous improvement methodologies.
