QUALITY:

• Follow recipes and deviations at all times. Unauthorized deviations are strictly forbidden.
• Comply with all FDA rules, procedures and work practices.
• Follow all Nestle and GMP procedures.
• Maintain confidential information on recipes.
• Report all deviations from the recipe.
  
  

IV.

OPERATIONS:

• Possess good mechanical skills, troubleshooting skills, and general maintenance knowledge. Should be able to read and write English and do basic math.
• Requires knowledge of machinery, mechanisms, pneumatics, hydraulics, bearings, gears, seals, sprockets, belts, and vari-drives.
• Keep equipment functioning in a safe and efficient manner.
• Utilize skill and experience to perform inspections and repairs on equipment safely, accurately, and quickly.
• Work from Job Orders and P.M. cards that are assigned with minimal supervision or direction.
• Analyze malfunctioning equipment; determine the cause and cure. If possible, correct the problem safely and with minimal downtime and cost.
• Work with and communicate with various levels of supervision and personnel in all departments in a positive, professional manner.
• Job requires working in sub-zero temperatures.
• Employee is responsible for having tools needed and required to perform the above tasks.
• Employee is required to work at heights of over 100 ft.
• Perform maintenance, both mechanical and electrical, on fork trucks and battery chargers.
• Other duties as assigned.
