Are you ready to be part of a dynamic team at Nestlé? We are currently seeking enthusiastic individuals for our 1st shift teams!
Position Snapshot:
- Shift Hours: 1st shift from 5:40 AM to 5:50 PM
- Starting Pay: $21.86 per hour
- Schedule: 12-hour shifts on a team rotation
- Benefits: Comprehensive benefits package available after just 30 days of employment
Position Summary:
As a Production and Bakery General Laborer, you will play a crucial role in our production and packaging processes. This entry-level position involves operating departmental equipment to produce high-quality products, including pizzas, and performing housekeeping duties. There are excellent opportunities for advancement within the first 12 months into machine operator roles.
The Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- A strong ability to work in a team-based environment
- Basic English communication skills, both verbal and written
- Capability to lift up to 50 lbs frequently
- Willingness to work in varying temperatures (cold and hot environments)
- Flexibility to commit to 12-hour shifts
