This role operates on the 3rd shift, with a schedule of Sunday night - Friday morning 11:00pm-7:30am.
ONBOARDING SCHEDULE:
To ensure a successful start and seamless integration into the team, this role includes a structured 4–5-day onboarding program, typically scheduled from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM. All new employees are expected to complete this onboarding during their first week.
The Truck Driver role involves transporting and delivering products while following Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and/or Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) to ensure the quality and quantity of the products being produced. This role reports to a Manager/Supervisor.

RESPONSIBILITIES:
- Drives truck to multiple destinations
- Completes pre-assigned route
- Inspects truck for defects before and after trips and notifies supervisor of any issues that need to be addressed as per DOT guidelines
- Ability to navigate trailers to docking bays to load and unload scheduled deliveries
- Complies with company policies and procedures and maintains regular work attendance
- Needs to operate box truck and tractor trailer
- Ability to operate warehouse Material Handling Equipment (MHA)
- Performs other duties as assigned
- Must have a valid CDL Class A license
- Must meet applicable DOT requirements
- High school diploma or general education degree (GED) preferred
- Physical ability to repetitively lift, stand, climb or bend within a manufacturing and/or warehouse environment
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines
- Must be able to respond to verbal and written instructions
