Nestea Recruiting is assisting Timeless Spa Center with recruitment for a Registered Nurse position at its Chattanooga, Tennessee location.

About the Position

Timeless Spa Center is seeking a Tennessee-licensed Registered Nurse to support scheduled client visits in its Chattanooga outpatient aesthetic and wellness setting.

The position focuses on reviewing client intake information, maintaining required clinical documentation, preparing treatment areas, observing clients during assigned services, providing approved client instructions, and communicating relevant clinical information with the appropriate provider and clinic team.

All nursing responsibilities are performed within the RN's authorized scope of practice and in accordance with applicable Tennessee requirements, appropriate provider direction, established clinic procedures, and employer policies.

Compensation

• Regular pay after training: $20.00–$26.00 per hour.
• Starting pay within this range is based on relevant experience, qualifications, and the employer’s compensation structure.
• Compensation details will be reviewed with qualified candidates during the hiring process.

Training and Training Pay

• The position begins with required role-specific training.
• Training is scheduled 3 days per week and paid at $20.00 per hour for scheduled training hours.
• Training may continue for up to 3 weeks based on individual progress and completion of required training objectives.
• Training expectations and scheduling details will be reviewed before training begins.
• After completing the required training, employees transition to the regular RN pay rate of $20.00–$26.00 per hour.

Training does not expand the Registered Nurse's authorized scope of practice. Nursing responsibilities remain subject to applicable Tennessee requirements, established clinic procedures, and appropriate provider direction.

Work Schedule

• This position includes 2 scheduled workdays and 1 designated standby day per week.
• Availability for 3 days per week is required for this schedule.
• On the designated standby day, the employee should be available to report to Timeless Spa Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee if needed.
• The employee will be notified if they are needed to work on the standby day. Otherwise, they will not be required to report that day.
• Specific workdays and shift times are based on appointment schedules and staffing needs.
• This is an on-site position at Timeless Spa Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee.

Primary Responsibilities

• Review client intake forms, relevant health histories, and screening information
• Confirm required documentation and consent records according to established clinic procedures
• Prepare treatment rooms, supplies, and equipment for scheduled appointments
• Assist with client preparation before assigned services
• Observe clients during assigned services and document relevant information
• Complete nursing notes, service records, and other required clinical documentation
• Provide clinic-approved pre-service and post-service instructions
• Follow established infection-control, sanitation, privacy, and workplace safety procedures
• Maintain clean and organized clinical areas
• Communicate relevant client-care information with providers and appropriate clinic staff
• Identify and report contraindications, unexpected symptoms, changes in client condition, or other clinical concerns to the appropriate provider
• Follow established clinical procedures and appropriate provider direction
• Participate in required training, clinic meetings, and workplace education

Required Qualifications

• Active Tennessee Registered Nurse (RN) license in good standing
• Ability to work on site in Chattanooga, Tennessee
• Ability to meet the 3-day weekly availability requirement for this position
• Ability to maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Ability to follow established clinic procedures and appropriate provider direction
• Ability to maintain client privacy and confidentiality
• Dependable and professional approach to scheduled work
• Ability to complete required employer training

Clinic Setting

This position is based at Timeless Spa Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee and involves scheduled client appointments in an outpatient aesthetic and wellness environment.

The RN works with clinic staff and appropriate providers while supporting organized client visits, accurate documentation, professional communication, and established safety procedures.

This is an on-site outpatient clinic position and is not a remote, hospital, emergency-care, or home-health role.

Professional Standards

The Registered Nurse is expected to maintain client confidentiality, complete required documentation accurately, follow established safety and sanitation procedures, communicate professionally with clients and clinic staff, remain within the authorized nursing scope of practice, and appropriately communicate clinical questions or concerns to the appropriate provider.

This is a W-2 employee position directly with Timeless Spa Center in Chattanooga, Tennessee. Timeless Spa Center is the employer of record and is responsible for employment decisions, compensation, scheduling, supervision, onboarding, workplace policies, and day-to-day operations.
