We’re hiring what we call an Air Traffic Controller—the person who keeps everything running, organized, and on brand.
This is a hybrid role combining office operations and marketing support. You’ll be the behind-the-scenes force that supports our agents, keeps our systems moving, and helps us grow our presence in the Jackson market.
What You’ll Do- Serve as the primary in-office point of contact (typically 9:00 AM – 3:00 PM, some flexibility)
- Answer calls and support agents with day-to-day needs
- Assist with transaction paperwork, earnest money logging, and marketing materials
- Keep the office running smoothly and organized
- Ensure agents meet monthly marketing deadlines and submissions are complete
- Help organize monthly sales meetings
- Manage and post daily content across our social media platforms
- Highly organized and detail-oriented
- Self-motivated and comfortable working independently
- A strong communicator with a positive, professional presence
- Interested in marketing, branding, and social media
- Able to manage multiple priorities and keep things on track
This is an in-office role, but not a high-traffic environment. Our agents are often out in the field, so you’ll spend much of your day working independently. You should be comfortable managing your time and taking ownership of your role.
