What We're Looking For

Whether you are newer to the field or an experienced lead, we welcome educators who want to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in early childhood.
Responsibilities
- Provide warm, responsive, and respectful care to infants ages 6 weeks–16 months
- Maintain a calm, predictable classroom environment that supports secure attachments
- Engage babies in meaningful sensory experiences, early language, and explorations
- Observe and document developmental progress and emerging milestones
- Support infants through co-regulation, gentle guidance, and nurturing interactions
- Communicate with families daily, building trust and partnership
- Collaborate closely with your infant team to keep the environment clean, safe, and inviting
- Follow all licensing regulations and center policies
- Model professionalism, empathy, and lifelong learning
Qualifications
For Lead Teacher candidates:
- Meets MN Rule 3 requirements for Lead Infant Teacher
- Previous infant classroom experience preferred
For Assistant Teacher candidates:
- Meets MN Rule 3 assistant teacher qualifications
- Experience with infants is a bonus but not required
