What We're Looking For

We're looking for a warm and intuitive educator who loves caring for infants and is excited to be part of a collaborative, supportive team.

Whether you are newer to the field or an experienced lead, we welcome educators who want to learn, grow, and build a long-term career in early childhood.

Responsibilities

• Provide warm, responsive, and respectful care to infants ages 6 weeks–16 months
• Maintain a calm, predictable classroom environment that supports secure attachments
• Engage babies in meaningful sensory experiences, early language, and explorations
• Observe and document developmental progress and emerging milestones
• Support infants through co-regulation, gentle guidance, and nurturing interactions
• Communicate with families daily, building trust and partnership
• Collaborate closely with your infant team to keep the environment clean, safe, and inviting
• Follow all licensing regulations and center policies
• Model professionalism, empathy, and lifelong learning

Qualifications

For Lead Teacher candidates:

• Meets MN Rule 3 requirements for Lead Infant Teacher
• Previous infant classroom experience preferred

For Assistant Teacher candidates:

• Meets MN Rule 3 assistant teacher qualifications
• Experience with infants is a bonus but not required
