Role Description The Assistant role at Nest Egg Wealth Management Inc. is a full-time, on-site position based in Peoria, IL. Our office hours are 9 am to 5 pm. Your role will include supporting daily office operations; including managing calendars, coordinating client meetings, preparing and updating client documents, and maintaining organized records and sensitive information. Responsibilities include answering phones, responding to client inquiries, and directing communications to the appropriate team members. You can expect to will help with basic data entry into financial planning or CRM systems, support compliance-related documentation, and assist with preparing reports or presentations for client reviews. This role also involves general administrative tasks such as filing, mail handling, and collaborating with advisors to ensure a professional and efficient client experience.
Qualifications
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with the ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
