Key Responsibilities:
Plan and implement curriculum aligned with Pennsylvania Pre-K Counts standards- Foster a safe, inclusive, and supportive classroom environment
- Conduct ongoing assessments of student development and progress
- Maintain accurate records and documentation
- Communicate regularly with families and caregivers
- Collaborate with staff and participate in professional development
- Ensure compliance with state regulations and program guidelines
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Early Childhood Education or related field (required)- PA teaching certification (preferred or required based on program)
- Experience working with preschool-aged children
- Strong classroom management and communication skills

Assist in implementing daily lesson plans and activities- Support children’s social, emotional, and educational development
- Help maintain a safe and clean classroom environment

Qualifications:
CDA (Child Development Associate) or willingness to obtain (preferred/required)- Experience working with young children (preferred)
