What are the responsibilities and job description for the ASSISTANT CHILDCARE TEACHER position at NESSA'S YOUNG'UNS NATURAL PLAY CENTER II?
Nessa's Young'uns Natural Play Center Inc & Nessa's Young'uns Natural Play is hiring fun, energetic, loving, dedicated persons to work with some sweet children birth to 5 years old.
The job is all about working as a team with co-teachers in the classrooms while nurturing and providing devellpmentally appropriate activties in a loving, safe, inspiring environment.
We are a natural play prograam where we let children play outside in all types of weather and using natural materials. They learn through "their play" as we guide individuals at their pace and their developmental stages to reach their goals. Through a chil'd play is truly learning if given new opportunities and nurutred in a POSITIVE manner.
Persons must:
Have a high school diploma or GED (and proof of)
Have a SS Card & drivers license/ legal Picture ID
Must be at least 18 years old
Must go through a background check, TB test & medical form filled out by physician.
Must be willing to take future early childhood classes at a community college to gain knowledge of early childhood development and to obtain certifications.
Must be physically able to lift over 20 lbs or more, be able to move quickly to maintain safety for all children & and perform all job duties.
Monday through Friday (NO WEEKENDS - WOO-HOO!)
8:00 to 5:00 or 8:30-5:30 hours (NO NIGHT HOURS - WOO -HOO!)
Holidays paid off & 2 weeks vacation time in July & December.
We currently do not have availability for potential staff's children. Sorry.
START OUT PAY is based off of education and experience in the early childhood field.
You don't have to have experience or education in the ECE field, we will train you.
